"Still holding up after tons of wear"
I’ve worn these a bunch now, probably way more than I expected, and they’re still in great shape. I even wore them out running errands last Saturday when I somehow ended up at the grocery store twice, and they held up fine. No weird issues so far, just solid and reliable.

"Pretty and classy, but could use more variety"
I really liked the look of the Rainbow Club shoes. They’re and classy without feeling too flashy, which I’m guessing is exactly the vibe they’re going for. A few of the styles did feel a bit samey to me, like they’re playing it safe, but the pair I picked looked lovely with my dress. I’d happily give 5 stars if they had a bit more variety to choose from.

"Pretty comfy for a long day"
I wore these all day to a wedding and my feet were sorta surprisingly okay by the end. They rubbed a little at first, but after a bit they got more comfortable and I was mostly fine wearing them for hours.

"Pretty bridal shoes with just a tiny break-in period"
I bought these bridal shoes and overall I’m really happy with them. The quality is good, the material feels nice, and they looked just like the photos. They did rub a little at first, but nothing too bad and kind of expected with new shoes. Once I wore them around a bit, they were fine. Definitely happy with the purchase.

"Nice range of heel heights"
I really liked that Rainbow Club had a few different heel heights to choose from. I kept wondering if I was being too fussy, but I knew I didn’t want anything too high for a full day on my feet. Ended up finding a pair that felt just right, and it made picking wedding shoes way less stressful

"Good shoes, exchange took its sweet time"
I ordered these shoes for a wedding, and of course the size ended up being a bit too tight. I had to send them back for an exchange, which thankfully wasn’t a total headache because the returns form was simple and I did get email updates. That said, it took a few days longer than I was hoping, because apparently weddings don’t come with deadlines or anything. The new pair arrived in good condition and fit much better, so I’m happy overall. Just would’ve been nice if the exchange process moved a little faster.

"Good updates, but the wait was annoying"
I ordered some shoes from rainbowclub.co.uk and, to be fair, the tracking updates were really helpful. I could see when my order was packed and when it had been sent out, which made it easier to follow. The only frustrating part was the wait, as delivery took longer than I was hoping and I kept checking for updates. It wasn’t a huge issue in the end, but it did test my patience a bit. Overall though, I’m happy with the order.

"Really comfy and bridal shoes"
I was a bit nervous about finding bridal shoes that looked nice but didn’t completely destroy my feet... but these were actually so comfy. They looked really lovely on, kind of simple but still special, and I was able to wear them without constantly thinking about my feet, which is always a win.

"Good overall, just a little clunky"
The site looks clean and finding shoes was straightforward. The filters definitely helped, but I did have to click around more than I expected just to get back to sizes. A few pages loaded a bit slow for me too. Checkout worked fine in the end, so no major complaints, it gets the job done, but the whole experience could be a bit smoother.

Not gonna lie, we’ve been stocking Rainbow Club for a while now and overall it’s been fine. The shoes are lovely and our customers do seem to really like the styles, which is obviously a big plus. That said, stock updates and delivery times can be a bit inconsistent, and sometimes it takes longer than I’d hope to get a reply. They’re not a bad company to work with at all, I just think the whole process could be a bit easier and more reliable...

Everything showed up as ordered, the size and colour were both correct. Delivery took a little longer than I expected, but at least there were no mix-ups, so I’m happy enough with it

"Great-looking shoes, but runs small"
I really liked the look of these shoes right out of the box, and the quality seemed nice too. Then I tried them on, whoa, way tighter than expected. They felt smaller than my usual size, so I’d probably recommend sizing up.
